The Driver is responsible for the safe, timely transportation of goods, materials, or passengers to assigned destinations. This role requires strong time management and adherence to traffic regulations, as well as exceptional customer service.

 

 

•Drive vehicles safely to transport goods or passengers.

•Follow set routes and schedules.

•Secure loads and ensure delivery accuracy.

•Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks.

•Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.

•Maintain vehicle cleanliness.

•Maintain accurate trip logs and receipts.

•Collect customer signatures or delivery confirmations.

•Submit paperwork promptly.

•Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.

•Use safety equipment as required.

•Communicate courteously with customers.

•Provide updates on delivery times or delays.

 

 

•Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

•License: Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required.

•Experience: Prior driving experience preferred.

 

 

•Safe driving practices and route planning.

•Attention to detail with paperwork.

•Good communication and customer service.

 

Work Environment: Requires frequent driving, possible heavy lifting, and working in various weather conditions.
